in my sasmung a21s i am not able to increase the opacity of blue light filter .  i have approached many ways like reset app preference , factory reset and i have off the colour adjustment and my device is up to date updated.

then do one thing
go to settings >apps>click on 3DOT at right top corner >click on show system app >search for "blue light filter " click on it >storage> clear data
then again try to adjust

You can try try from Settings>display>turn on blue light Filter>adjust opacity

but if its not happening, then perform normal phone reset settings once

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

Please perform normal phone reset settings once(no factory reset)

Also, change your device current theme to default theme and try again

Well if it is not showing up in display settings, it is not available for your device because it has an LCD display and not an amoled one.
