Galaxy APress and hold the Volume Up key and the Side / Power key.
When the Samsung logo displays, release both keys.
Press the Volume down key to navigate and press Power button key to select Wipe Cache option.. After it is complete click Reebot now.. After reboot the phone may be back as normal...
