Greetings from Samsung Customer support!
Be assure below steps will solve the issue related to network:-
1) Check device network in open area.
2) Check device network mode settings:- Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > Select network mode > LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).
3) Check network operator settings:-Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK.
4) Check SIM cards:- Check sim card in other device.
5) Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down (To exit safe mode please restart your device).
6) Reset the device:- Settings > General Management > Reset.
If issue still persist please do send the log file via, Samsung member > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports > Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
