Galaxy ANeed to give update like August security patch update.
This update was one of the best which A50 users got.
This update solved major fingerprint issue and battery drain also.
But now Nov & Dec security patch update are worst because we are not able to register new fingerprint and battery drain issue also raised.
@Samsungsupport please solve this issue asap

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please perform the following steps to resolve above mentioned issues:
For battery drainage issue follow the give link- http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689
1- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
3- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
4- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
5- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app >> click on “+“icon > send feedback >> error report / ask question).
