Recently I received an update in my Samsung A36 which was normal updated not the OneUI abcause having security patch update etc. After updating the phone I'm continuously having network issue means phone have network but having issue in streaming and searching something as well. Another issue is my phone got stuck at several places and screen doesn't work at all. This screen stuck issue is specially is in gallery app. And from my full conscious I know this is only happening after updating the phone. I am a samsung user for the last 6 years and had faced similar issue in my A50 then in A52 as well and now in a36. My both older phones a50 and a52 are in working condition till date but same problem of network and hang issue. It's really disappointing to me and thinking to go with some other brand in future.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon.
