Hi... I really don't understand if it's me or the device itself.. But there seems to be no other means of showing notifications on the a30s...
Apart from flashlight or camera led.. And the screen flashing only when it's on... 
I mean the screen don't even come on.. What is happening here? Pls help

Please enable your App Icon badges as well as the Status bar notification 

Please go to settings>> Notifications>> enable App icon badges>> then select Stays bar>> tap on All notifications .

 

Also check that all apps you would like to get notifications for are enabled.

Please try to reset the settings of the device by doing the following:

 

Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Reset settings.

I have done that a while ago... Still no screen turn on upon notification... What's wrong.. I understand the phone has no notification light or led... But for it to have its screen off... No ambient notifications is a turn off... The only thing I see on the screen is when changing the device. I only see always on display with battery percentage while charging... That's all

This is what I hate about new devices.. Now I spent cash only to buy a phone that I use for 2 weeks then I'm supposed to take it to service center? Like it's a two years device?
I can't take a new phone to a service center if this issue is not normal then I believe Iltge device must be exchanged..
