Youtube glitches and laggy UI (A55 )

Samsung you need to solve all the glitches and optimize your phone for youtube . As i have observed that the latest A55/ 5G is unresponsive sometimes while shifting from full screen mode. And also i cannot scroll recomended/ suggested videos while i m in full screen mode. I hope samsung fixes these small issues as youtube is a major component in UI now a days.

Yes same problem to my phone Samsung m series phone unaccidental pop ups appearing and touch issues also

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Check app Cache: Settings> Device care> Storage> Clean now.

Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings> Apps> Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory> Storage> Clear Cache.

Keep your apps updated: Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Long tap on you tube app then click on i button then go to storage and clear cache and clear data, by doing this the problem can be solved but still the problem persists then send error report to samsung member
