Wifi stops when I lock my phone on A13

Hi all,

I just bought A13 and regretting now. My phone gets connected to wifi well but as soon as I lock my phone and don't use it let's say for 20 min and in mean time if some one is doing a whats app call or any other app call it will not notify me about it. Some how phone thinks wifi is disconnected.

I have check all setting , reset network setting, checked phone is not on do not disturb , all permission are intact. Reset my router as well restarted phone also. No apps in sleeping list. I have tried 5g band as well as 2.4 band also but no luck. As long as I am using phone wifi if working and when I lock phone it stops. 

Can any one suggest what could be the issue 

Phone is Samsung Galaxy A13 bought.

Yes everything works fine while I am using phone but when I don't use seems apps think wifi is not available

Your WiFi stops here my jio stops working If I use WiFi calling.

Sometimes it happens due to the problem of wifi providers... it lost connection randomly..

Go to setting, then connections, then go to WI-FI. Then tap the gear icon near the connection you having problem with, then tap view more, in metered network select treat as unmetered. Then restart the device. I hope this will solve your issue.
