Galaxy AHi,
You can try to reset your network settings to its factory default settings.
From Home screen, tap Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Note: This will erase all network settings, including those for: Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth.
Also, you can call the call center and request remote assistance.
