WiFi logout

I'm using Samsung A71 when I restart my mobile WiFi automatically logout previously which I saved password.and IAM near to the WiFi device it's not connecting.and I saved that random used WiFi I And video player VLC player not playing mkv files.hope I get solution for your side.

Hi, 

You can try to reset your network settings to its factory default settings.

From Home screen, tap Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

Note: This will erase all network settings, including those for: Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth.

Also, you can call the call center and request remote assistance.
