Why these notification showing

Hi samsung, 

Why these notification showing because I'm already logged in my Google account,

And why right side showing something like lock icon how can i remove that.

Please help me anyone

This notification you are receiving is about secure folder, samsung have a feature called secure folder which is fully encrypted which protects your personal data, so whatever app you are using in secure folder will remain in secure folder which is protected by knox.
The lock icon represents secure folder and this app is not designed for using inside the secure folder that's why you are getting that error, try installing it outside of secure foler or login Google account in secure folder playstore.

Please report the problems you are facing in your Samsung smartphone with a fresh log file which is in the form of a pdf file/jpg format. And also share a short video clip or 4 to 5 photos along with a pdf file, before and after the issue occurred, for better understanding.

Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
