Why has my A13 5g not yet received the One UI 6.0

Hello, i was wondering why my A13 5g has not yet received the one ui 6.0 update yet the news say it was one of the first few to receive it

So does it mean i am no longer getting the update? And also it's a tracfone product so does that affect the update?
