No One UI 7 update for my A55

Has anyone in south africa using A55 5G received any software update,especially MTN contract phones?

I'm using A35 and I got One UI 7 in June

It looks likes it's only the the A55 on mtn contract that have this prob, I tries csc I tried samsung switch nothing is working I don't actually care any more my A33 been running UI7 for a month now same Service provider

This **bleep** ,same here i tried everything...also tried reaching out to Samsung Customer Care and they jst told me to be patient because the roll out is still in progress ..once theres an update,my phone will notify me but i dnt see that happening anytime soon ..🤦

He i haven't received any security patches too ever since I bought the phone looks like we are stuck in one ui 6.1

😭If you have found any solution, please reach out to me. I also need help as I have tried many things, but still I don't receive updates, and I don't think waiting will make any difference
