I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the NTFS format drives not support on my Samsung Galaxy A73 5g device. I have recently discovered that my device only supports NTFS format pendrives in read-only mode. This limitation is quite disappointing, especially considering that other smartphones, including those from Chinese brands priced under INR 15,000, offer full read and write support for NTFS formatted pendrives.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected my Galaxy A73 5g, a higher-end model, to provide at least the same level of functionality as these more affordable alternatives. The inability to write to NTFS formatted pendrives is a significant inconvenience and affects my productivity and overall user experience.

I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. It would be greatly appreciated if a software update could be provided to enable full read and write support for NTFS formatted pendrives on the Galaxy A73 5g.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

If anyone having this issue, please be together

Use file commander and one other app (I don't remember the name). Easily read/write ntfs storage devices.
