From today morning, I have vertical line on my display of Samsung A71. I went to nearest Samsung Care (SN 141/143, 1st Flr, Isana Business Hub, VIP Road, Gopal Nagar Society, Pandesara, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat 395017).
They asked me to change the display, they don't even run any diagnostics. Just see the mobile and tell me that it's display issue, you need to change the device. My every family member having the Samsung phones but like this type of service I didn't expect from Samsung Care.
My Samsung galaxy a71 also going from same issue..mobile is not dropped or something external things. But automatically white line apper while study..this is not my first time back year also same issue..I change my display in care..but same issue happens this time..soo poor build quality of the phone we want free replacement charge this timeee..we are students..please check the status
