Hi, my Galaxy A73 phone has suddenly got a white line on display screen.

Hello, why should consumer bear the cost of repair for a defective product. I came to know that similar issues occurred with One Plus Phones and they replaced it free of cost.
So, am I penalized for being loyal to Samsung, if it is the case then time has come to move out of samsung.

That privilege is provided only to S series.

Look at the audacity and baseless claim from Samsung that, line issue on phone display is due to impact whereas, Samsung CSD already inspected device thoroughly and confirmed no physical damage.
I promise to pay full cost of phone if there is a single scratch or impact mark. Similarly samsung should also committ to repair phone Free Of Cost in case of no impact or damage on phone is found.

Finally switching to One Plus from Samsung since One Plus is giving lifetime display warranty.
