WhatsApp voice messages volumen too low on Galaxy A71

I just bought my Samsung Galaxy A71 and I've noticed WhatsApp audios sound very low. This doesn't happen with WhatsApp call, or regular calls. Media playback volume seems to be ok for all other Apps and services except for WhatsApp. I've tried everything, including factory reset and a clean install of WhatsApp. Anybody else having the same problem?

Whatsapp voice message audio depends on other person mic quality and how loud he or she is speaking.

Its not an issue with your mobile.

To resolve the sound problem kindly follow below given steps:-

1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone and check device volume settings if its full or not.

2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device. You can search for the nearby service center from given link:-

As always they say the problem is with us, or every one in our contact list has mic issues, . I have the same problem, not not when I bought the A71, it came after, and also on whatsapp desktop software. IT is incredible lower than anything else. IT is more like Whatsapp made some **bleep** on its system. 

SAMSUNG - Reset the device does not solve such issue, stop being lazy about the issues and solve it, missing my redmi just now

I have the same problem and conditions you described with my Samsung Galaxy S21.  When my son sends me a WhatsApp audio message, it is loud and clear.  When I send one to him, he types  "no sound"-- but on my phone I hear my very, very faint voice that seems to trail  off after several words.  I tried uninstalling.  I allowed all permissions.  I made sure the microphone was allowed on other apps, like the recorder for interviews.  I read on another page that the phone screen protector can cause the sound to fail to record well or at all.  I have not tried removing it yet--and I don't want to discard the $50.00 purchase!
