My galaxy A70s (My Mother's Phone) has uninstalling apps by itself. The same day it recieved an anonymus Video call from QATAR!!. ON WHATSAPP . HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. Any ways, After it started doing what it had to do I reebooted it, switched it off, and did whatever I could. Any solution or ans why thus is happening? Please Everybody who sees this reply🙏🙏

Bro backup ur data then hard reset or soft reset ur phone

Maybe Your Mother pressed some links that's why this is happening .
Try contacting a local cyber Cafe and ask him to put anti-virus in your Phone.

Ir already has antivirus kaspersky

Don't use antivirus in Galaxy phones because it purely unnecessary.

It will only slow your phone by taking cpu, ram, storage etc...

Reset device. Make sure unknown app install is off.

Only install apps from Google playstore or Galaxy store.

Use Samsung internet browser then go to sattings -> privacy dashboard turn on everything.

If you really need antivirus go to settings-> device care -> app protection-> turn on

This will help you.
