4g+ means it's LTE-ADVANCED ( true 4g) , it is faster than 4g . The only difference is the bandwidth and the latency you get .

It is Means your device support dual reception from two cell. Yes it is  LTE-Advance feature.

+ sign is for Carrier Aggreagation(CA)

Defenitely when you have 4G+ and LTE+ you will get some extra download speed.

The difference is in Maximum Speed, Bandwidth and Minimum Latency you get.. In 4g you can get maximum 100Mbps Speed, while in 4G+ it can go upto 1Gbps but for that your Phone's Hardware should be Supportive..And in Lawman's we can say 4g+ is true 4G with advanced capabilities...
