Weird Stretching of Images in 64 MP

Dear Galaxy A53 users,

This post is to inform you of an potential issue with camera processing for 64 MP mode vide One UI 6 update. If you take a photo of one single object in focus when in 64 MP, the image will be stretched horizontally in a very weird way. 

But if there are multiple objects in the photo shot in 64 MP mode, this horizontal strech doesn't apply. I've reported it to Samsung, let us see how it turns out.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
