Want to see , reverse video taken by camera

Is it possible, to view the video shot by camera in reverse mode? That is when normally seen, the video runs from 0 to say, 15 seconds. Can I see this video starting from 15 seconds to 0 seconds ? ( 15 seconds is given as example ).

make a video in superslow motion .
superslow motion video can be saved as reverse video.
