I bought samsung a17 mobile last week. I have enabled all the options to show the notifications on lock screen and also wake up screen for notifications, but the screen doesn't wakeup for notifications. Is there any update required or it's not supported. This is the basic functionality.
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to enable the wake up display while recieving the notification.
Step 1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings. Step 2: Tap on notification. Step 3: Tap on a Notification pop style. Step 4: Tap on enable the show even screen off.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
