Volume problems

Good day, i would love to get help on my Samsung galaxy A32 which randomly reduces it's media volume anytime. Does anyone experienced this before & if so, what must i do to solve this?

I've turned it off, unfortunately the priblem still persists. I once experienced it with my A10s & it seems I've inherited it again with this device. Does this perhaps have a link through google acc or samsung acc?

Well, I'm grateful you attended me. But let me know again is this has something to do with my Google account because i once experienced it with my Samsung galaxy A10s before i upgraded?
