It says I have entered too many unsuccessful attempts to unlock my device,they have locked it permanently. I must contact Samsung customer service to restart my phone I did contact Samsung customer service they to told me to press or hold the lower volume button n power off button it will switch off but it keeps saying the say thing and they can't assist please help me 😭

You know also my a05 was doing that just now I had to go to YouTube to fix it for myself but you need to know you Google account and password or else all your data will be erased
