Alarm problems?

My SMG A04 can't wake me up as I've set the alarm but it doesn't ring at all .not on do not disturb, volume is up for all features but alarm my god its now annoying to be woked. Please help ?

Yeas brother everything in order actually it doesn't even show anything even if it's time up I mean nothing..
