it does it automatically when you insert your jio 4g sim and set it for LTE in mobile networks in settings

only reliance jio is providing VoLte service in india i.e.voice over lte..so you have to put jio sim in your phone if you want this free voice calls over lte network service

We're glad you reached out here with your concern. We would like to inform you that VoLTE is SIM service and it will activate automatically when you insert 4G SIM and set is in Auto mode.
