Video playback jittery on A50 post oneui 3.1 update

I have noticed that when I'm streaming any title of Disney+ hotstar or prime video, there is a lag and lot of frames are dropped which makes the playback jittery. Is this happening on other updated devices too?

No infact my YT watching experience has became better after update.
it feels like fps has increased slightly..

YouTube is still fine but the other two are not

long press on those app icon>app info (ibutton) >clear cache and then observe

it only on online streaming apps?

so first check is there any update available for those apps if available then update those
