My Phone is A72 model. There is a new feature got added recently called Video call effects which hides background while making calls. It hides the background and also whomsoever is making the call. We don't have any option to disable this feature and it's pathetic. I tried contacting the support team, and they told they can't help as it's an in-built feature. I don't know if it's a bug. Samsung team, please remove this feature or else add a disable option. Please come up with a solution.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

It's already been done. Try video calling in whatsapp or messenger using the Video call effects. Hope you will understand the difficulties thereby. Really disappointing feature. So sorry to say.
