Very disappointed with this product of Samsung(A12)

It's been only a year and I got a hardware problem in my phone.

My phone's price is around 16,000 and the repairing cost I got from Samsung service center is 8000/- which is half the price of the new phone!

I totally agree that there are some maintainance cost of the phone but this is not acceptable at all!

Customer care told me to show the phone to the service center which I've already done!

Always It's happened very weird with Samsung's budget phones... Very disappointing.

Don't go for Samsung budget phones under 20K.

What was the hardware issue?

The screen was freezing, i was getting a glitch effect on the screen randomly, applications were automatically stopped working and heating of the phone is the issue from the start!

Oh, Though believe or not all of those might be software issue, as they have happened to me on another phone (Not samsung) Try factory reseting.
