Useless Samsung customer support

I have been reporting the issue im facing in my camera resolution after upgrading to one UI 6.

Irresponsible people sending copy paste messages.

Never seen such a useless support service from a so called brand @samsung

Deal with the bugs in your own organization first then fix the bug in your new One UI 6 scam.

Can you brief about what type of camera resolution issue you are facing in which model after the update? Also share the screenshots.

Post upgrade, camera resolutions are spoiled. 

When I try to take photos in 3:4 ratio and 64mp resolution, photos are bulged and expanded.


Where as in 16mp resolution acts fine. 

What kinda scam is this @samsung

Please find the attached images taken in 16mp and 64mp.

Im using Samsung Galaxy A53 5G.

Now don't send a reply stating that i need go create a error report on samsung members.

And also don't send your copy paste msg template.

Samsung has Useless support service.
