I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have encountered with my Samsung smartphone following the latest One UI 6.1 patch upgrade. Since the upgrade, the audio during regular phone calls has stopped working. The issue appears to resolve randomly but is otherwise consistent.
Device Model:Galaxy A23 5G/SM A23 6E/DS
Here are the details of the issue:

1. **Audio Issue**: During regular phone calls, there is no audio.
2. **Functioning Components**:
 - The phone's speaker is working fine for other audio applications.
 - The microphone is functioning correctly.
3. **WhatsApp Calls**: Audio works perfectly during WhatsApp calls.
4. **Network Provider**: I have confirmed with my network provider that there are no issues on their end.

Given these points, it seems that the problem is related to the recent One UI 6.1 patch.
