Not possible officially..But can unofficially install custom rom unofficially... First the device should be rooted.. Then you can install the ROM using custom recovery or inbuilt phone recovery..For One Ui 3.1 ports check Xda developers site they might have the suitable rom..If you found my comment useful plz click the three buttons above my comment and accept solution..
