Dear Samsung, I beg to inform that I'm an old galaxy user. Now I'm using Galaxy a73 5g in 2025. The device is running in android 14 based on one ui core 6.1. The device has got only 2 gen os upgrades according to the update policy of 2025. No special changes has occured among one ui 5.1 and 6.1. So l'm requesting you to change the update policy so that the device will get more os updates because I'm deprived from unique sans, unique camera features, unique screen of one ui 6.1. If you roll out the one ui 7.0 update for the device I will be thankful to you. I hope you will look into my massage. Thanking you
