Update issue

The Android 15 update has been released but my device is unable to connect to the new update .....can anyone please help me

Currently, rollout of One UI 7 is in Halt due to some issues in the software.
You'll get the update after the issue fixed.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.

If still not recieving the update, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
