Just 2 days ago..I update my father's Galaxy A30s..After updating UI 3.1 for few hours mobile work smoothly..but after few hours suddenly Android logo was popped and mobile gets switch Off. After switching on phone whole data was erased..

Any suggestions for recovering the data ?

As per your concern, we would like to inform you that you can restore the data if you have set data backup on your device before removing it.

However, Kindly follow the below steps to restore data from the Samsung Cloud: Settings >> Tap on Accounts and Backup> Tap on the Samsung Cloud > Tap on Restore data > Tap on Restore > Tap on Done.
Note: You can choose the device and data you want to restore.
