What apps are you having issues with? As far as I know, A13 should be running a 64 bit OS.

A13 supports 64 bit,,but it's in 32 bit mode,, mainly efootball,,apex legend and many games are not running on this device

Apex legends is currently not supported on many devices, including 64 bit ones. App compatibility depends upon several factors and not just upon the architecture. And just so you know, a 32 bit OS cannot be changed into a 64 bit one via a software update. The 64 bit OS needs to be clean installed.
