If the Galaxy A54 will look like the S23, it will make you wonder why would you really buy a S23 in an particular.
You would lose the adaptive refresh rate 48-120hz
Wireless charging, which I believe we wouldn't miss that much except for overnight charging but it's slower anyway. Reverse wireless charging is hardly used.
HDR10+, as if you would really notice it when watching HDR content on a AMOLED display.
Samsung Dex, nice to have but use it from time to time.
Obviously you would be paying for a better camera system but in honesty A-series are good enough for the average user. And the battery life is much better than the S series phone. My A33 outlasts my S21 by a mile even with similar usage.
I am referring to the smallest phone in the S Series line up.. the Ultra is definitely not compared and worth the money
