Unwanted resetting and restarting And huge data lost

Please help me my career related details and information are stored on my Samsung notes app I want this data all my gate exams, psu forms and user id and password, afcat, npcil data and document are stored, please please...help me Samsung, my career are losted if data are backed up. Life will ruined and my current job and counseling notification are also not accessible. Please help SAMSUNG. My files are also deleted. Please please.......

if you have backed up already ( cloud backup or offline backup ) than only you can retrieve them

otherwise contact the concern authority those who issued you all those documents and user id etc

that not need to worry user id password , gate details can be retrieved from their concerned authority

if you have not backed up those data using Samsung or Google , than google or Samsung or any other party , person or organization won't responsible for any such data losses. filling a case will made trouble for you coz its your negligence not to backed up the data into cloud
