Unable to open PDF file from whatsapp dual application

From today I unable to open any PDF file from whattsapp dual application. I am using Galaxy A71. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

All my files on dual WhatsApp were not showing in file manager/gallery at all. It is happening because of Android 11 update and Samsung hasn't done anything about it yet. Got advice by this blessed person "Chaman17" on another thread here. What you've to do:
1. Back up your media on the dual WhatsApp on Google Drive.
2. Install "WhatsApp Business"
3. Register by same number.
4. Retrieve from the same GDrive.
5. Disable Dual WhatsApp.
