Unable to enter download or recovery mode.

Today I tried to flash stock ROM of galaxy A21S and got a failed message in Odin, after that I rebooted the phone to try another time but I am unable to enter the download or recovery mode and the phone doesn't start. Whenever I try to start the device or boot to download mode it keeps rebooting itself with a note on the upper left of the screen showing "TAG LOCK is not set". I have tried all the key combinations and also tried keeping volume button pressed while connecting it to the computer but it doesn't help. Please help how to get rid of this.

Bro.. Yes they ask maybe depends on city idk.. But in June itself for charger replacement they ask invoice and I'd proof.. So better have it.. If you purchased from amazon you can download.. If you purchased from Samsung store then no need they have records.. But for any devices within 1 year invoice is compulsory to check if device gets benefit and they have to submit soft copy of it ( according to service centre).

Then it's okay you are not noobie like some here who doesn't know anything and suggest or say irrelevant things.. Better try recovery mode by USB.. And get back here with the result... If not you can go service center.

Then it's okay.. Once try usb method if you can enter recovery mode.

I have tried several methods but I think I have to visit cervice centre as nothing seems to be working.

Yes you can visit service center tell the reason as tried updating with smartswitch and got this issue. As already smartswitch pc is working abnormally.. And many users facing the issues..
