Unable to download themes from Galaxy store

Members, I'm unable to download themes from the galaxy store. An error pops up saying "Can't Doenload Content". Can someone tell me why it keeps happening? Appreciate the help.

Hey, it worked fine for one theme and then I went on to download another and the same error popped up again.

Then clear data of galaxy themes

Try this and if it still doesn work .just uninstall the galaxy themes updates and then try downloading

U can uninstall updates by tapping on the 3 dots on the top as in the screenshot.
