Uber not working in Samsung A50

Anyone have facing issue with uber application i am not able to book a ride in uber application since i bought this phone and my uber account working in other phone ..please @samsungindia help me out of this

Samsung has nothing to do with third party app

Enable the appropriate permissions in the app settings and specially location.

i do all the things but nothing helps ...since i log in my uber account in Samsung A50 i not able to call a ride when i use in other it works fine

Hi, I too have the same issue, Uber has tried all the options and I have tried doing all uninstall and install with all the permissions but it didnt work. Uber has tried lot for past two months and suggested with other mobile, it works fine with other mobile. Tried again with A50 but same issue. Quiet peculiar need Samsung to check and resolve

i have found solution for this problem anyone those who are facing this issue just factory data reset your phone and then use install uber...i ll work fine..
