USB - Type C

Hello All

I need help, I just inherited a Samsung A53 and have noticed that when I plug my Usb-Type C cable so that I can access the phone memory, I only have one option to charge. What is the reason or how do I resolve this. I thought it's an easy plug and show kinda thing. Thanks Siya

Restart the Phone
Turn the phone off and back on to clear any temporary software bugs.

Clear USB Cache and Data
1. Go to Settings > Apps > tap the three-dot menu and select Show System Apps.
2. Search for USBSettings or USB Connectivity.
3. Tap Storage and then select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
