True caller won't show names of newer numbers. It is just a database. If you save that number with a name ,then it will become universal and the other time when anyone gets a call from that number, they will get the name that you've saved. I think this may help you understand what I'm trying to conclude about true caller.
hi thanks. i am asking that if your name is ashwin and i dont have your number., if you call me tturcaller will show your name while incoming call, after updating to android 10, its not responding...
Truecaller is a 3rd party application which is not from Samsung. we advise you to contact to the respective application software support.
