Truecaller problem in Android 10/OneUI 2.0

After upgrading my A70 to Android 10, i could no longer get any caller id pop up on incoming call when the device is locked and this is happening in all truecaller versions since my OTA upgrade. However the same trucaller version works fine in other brand phones. Does anybody have a similar issue?

I am using A50 and finally today I got solution of truecaller incoming calls ID not Showing..

Apps > phone > calling app > select truecaller here..

After selecting truecaller in calling app ur problem will resolve..

Had a similar issue, but was actually caller buttons not being shown on full screen when screen off (meaning i had to wake up screen, sign in with finger, drag down task bar, find answer button and answer ... Such a mess)

Was a do not disturb setting.

Switched off "hide full screen notifications" and everything worked again(in top task bar - long tap DND 

- select Hide notifications - deselect aboce setting)

In my Samsung A32S, Truecaller does not give the popup and gets shut down automatically
