So all of the phones from Samsung even our so called flagships are suffering from a fever called battery draining😁😁😁😁
Few days ago I got very frustrated comparing A50's battery performance with my cousin's 2 years old Moto G5 plus 😣😣😣
I kept both phones side by side without using them for around 10mins My A50 drained 1% battery while moto G5 plus didn't drained any juice😒😒😒
Then I tried using G5 plus for about 5mins and it didn't drained 1% while my A50's battery drained 1 % more even when i wasn't using it and I was like wtf man really??? Moto's 2 years 3000mah was better than Samsung's 4000mah???
Then i got through my settings every corner of each n every option just to improve some juice from my battery. By going through almost all the settings I found some ways to save up some juice in my device and now it's performing much better in battery. I summerized everything i found after my research here and sorry if i missed something let everyone know if u know some more fixes in comment section and i'll update this post if i find something else new.

Steps to improve battery

1. Turn down the notification panel turn off everything locations, smart view, sync, any Bixby related feature and if u don't use always on display turn it off too. Turn on night mode to save some extra juice.

2. If u are using 2 sims and u mostly use 1st sim just like i do, u can turn off 2nd sim go to
Settings-> Connection-> Sim card manager -> Sim click on turn off

Note:- Turning off 2nd sim will really improve battery by a large margin u can try it really works very well.

Or if u don't want to turn off set the 2nd sim on 2G only rather than 4g/3g/2g. it'll give u some juice.

3. Go to
Settings-> Connection -> more connection settings-> Turn off nearby devices scanning

4. If you are using screensaver turn it off by going to settings-> display -> turn off screensaver

5. Go to
Setting-> Biometrics and security -> turn off both send diagnostic data and receive marketing information (As these both options use data to send and receive data turning off may save some juice)

6. You can turn off back up by going to
Settings-> Accounts and backup-> backup and restore-> backup my data
Also, settungs-> Google-> backup -> backup to Google drive
( You can skip this step if u want regular backup of your data, by turning off these options u have to backup manually but you'll save some extra mins of battery)

7. Go to
Settings -> Advanced features -> motion and gestures and turn off 1.smart stay 2.smart alert 3.Easy mute
(If u use any of these specially don't turn it off, most of us don't usually use them so turning them of will also add up some juice)

8. Go to
settings-> Device care-> tap on battery-> Tap on power mode-> select maximum power saving or medium power saving according to your wish
Also, Tap on 3 dots on the upper right corner tap setting select and turn on or off settings u wish.
(Personally I've turned on all of these settings on my phones)

Thats it....

You can save up some more mins by using simple wallpapers and themes and keeping your data on 2g only mode when you are not using it so you'll all the important notification as 2g is gd enough to get notifications.

These settings are personally tested and used by me and i can see improvement in my battery. You may or may not agree with me but hey u can atleast give it a try.

And at last my battery drained from 27%-28% to 22% by the end of this post 😁😁😁😁
I started writing at around 3:30 and almost it's 4:20 using 4G all the time off course.

1. Turn off Usage and Diagnostic option ( Google) and turn on Samsung's ' Send Diagnostic data' option by going in privacy settings. This Diagnostic data will help developers to create stable updates.
2. Turn off Google location accuracy and emergency location service.
3. Turn off Nearby device scanning in Bluetooth settings.
4. Turn off Wifi scanning and Bluetooth scanning.
5. Try to use WiFi instead of mobile data if possible. 4G network uses more battery. If using your device in weak signal areas battery will drain quickly than usual even if you are not using it. Turn off 2nd sim if you are in weak signal areas.
