Time zone convertor problem

I recently come across using the time zone convertor feature of clock app but there is a problem in it.

The problem is occurring on countries which uses the day time saving as in summers they add +1 hour to there timezones which is like half of the year . So for countries like usa and germany when i use the features like i add +1hour for the in indian timezone the time for the usa and germany doesn't change. But after that one hour it changes. 

Like in the pics the current time in india is 5:01 pm and germany time is 1:31pm and Miami time is 7:31am but when i add +1 hour to the timezone of india the time doesn't change for Berlin and Miami because of the day time saving but after I change it to +2hr the time change for Berlin and Miami is just +1hr
