Galaxy ADear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
1. Check if your device has enabled the "Unknown Sources" option. To do this, go to your device's settings, then to "Biometrics and security" > "Install unknown apps." Make sure the option is enabled for the third-party app you want to install.
2. Clear cache and data of the Google Play Store app. To do this, go to your device's settings, then to "Apps" > "Google Play Store" > "Storage and cache" > "Clear cache" and "Clear data."
3. Check if your device is running the latest software update. To check for updates, go to your device's settings, then to "Software update" > "Download and install."
4. If the issue persists, you can try downloading the app from a trusted source other than the Google Play Store, such as the app's official website. Clear data from the Play Store: Settings> Apps> Google Play Store> Storage> Clear Data and tap Delete to confirm.
5. Enable All Related Apps: Settings> Apps> the top right 3 dot menu button and then tap on Show System Apps> Disabled apps from the dropdown> Ensure there are no apps related to Google Play Services or Download Manager in the Disabled apps list.
In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
