Do this ->
Switch off your phone
press power button and volume up button at same time untill you see android logo
There you will find option something like rebuild apps or optimize apps select that using power button( use volume buttons to move up and down )
It will rebuild and optimise all apps and resolve your issue of app crashes.
and also it won't delete any data even your cache memory will also be there.
