Status bar/Notification not swiping down on App screen

Hello, can anyone help me with this? 

Status bar is not swiping down on app screen in my galaxy A70. But it does on home screen. What should I do? I waited for the update but nothing happened after update too, the problem still exists. 

Note: I am not using any task changer application.

In app screen swipe from top status bar
If you swipe from middle then it will take you back to home screen

I tried to swap down from top edge of the screen but still status bar not coming down. On home screen, it does but on app screen it doesn’t

Restart your device and then check

When you are using app drawer section,you have to swipe from the top..

Ok once change theme and try

Changed the theme but still status bar not swiping down on app screen :(
